Currently, there are three methods for network malfunction report:

2) Follow the following WeChat official account of 'Network Information Office of Hohai University' and enter the 'Network Repair' module to register for repair, or click the link button below to enter the repair report system:

Access to the repair system: baoxiu.hhu.edu.cn

3) Go to the front desk for repairs. After receiving the repair request, the Service Department will arrange maintenance personnel to repair on site.

When the repair work is completed, we will pay a return visit.
