The service objects of the account opening application for certified billing system are foreign temporary personnel and unit users.

The account applicant must log in to the online service hall to fill in the application through the relevant responsible person of of the unit. The login account password is as the same as the portal.

Attentions while filling in:

1) The account applicant must fill in the information in accordance with the requirements of the form, otherwise it may affect the application handling.

2) After the account opening application is submitted to the Network Information Center for review, the account opening business can generally be completed within three working days.

3) If the person applying for the account opening already has a campus network billing account, there is no need to apply again. Please go to the Service Hall of the Network and Information Office with your ID to modify your personal account information and restore the downtime account.

After entering the information portal, click the function 'Office Hall' on the right → 'R-Account Opening Application for Certified Billing System'.
