Due to the authorization restrictions, information security considerations and other factors, some of the network resources and services provided by the school are restricted to the school's IP address, such as the library electronic database, the website of the Finance Department, etc. To facilitate the campus network users of Hohai University to access campus network resources outside the campus (at home, on business trips or abroad), the Network and Information Management Center has provided VPN service for everyone.

After logging in with VPN outside the school, users can safely access the campus network, just like in campus, so that they can access various network resources and services that are originally limited to the campus IP address.

1. Service object:

  The faculty and full-time students of our school have automatically activated the VPN service, so that they can use it without applying for it separately.

  If visiting scholars, international students or other school related personnel need to use VPN services, they can apply for short-term accounts.
