II. Applicable objects and scope

All teachers and students from the three campuses of Hohai University in Xikang Road, Jiangning and Changzhou. The above-mentioned legalized software must be installed and activated in the campus network or connected to the campus network through VPN.

III. File download and activation

Open the official Microsoft software download address: Nanjing download address 1, Nanjing download address 2, Changzhou download address, use VPN access if you are outside the school, download and install the required software and use the KMS activation tool to activate.

4. Activation tool: KMS activation tool, it needs to be connected to the campus network (use VPN access if you are outside the campus). Please check 'How to activate the software?' for the specific activation method.

IV. Attentions

1. During the download and activation process, it must be ensured to access the campus network within the campus network or using VPN to access the campus internet if you are outside the campus. After the activation is successful, it can be used both inside and outside the campus.

2. Activation instructions: If the user uses it outside the campus network, the activation status can be maintained for 180 days. If the activation status exceeds 180 days, the activation status will become invalid. For which it needs to manually activate again within the campus network. If the user is on campus, there is no need to reactivate.

3. If you have installed a cracked version of the above-mentioned software, you can choose to use the activation tool to activate the software of the same version when it is not activated or the product key can be changed. To ensure success, it is recommended to use the software version provided in this paper.

4. The above-mentioned software is only for download, installation and use by teachers, students and staff of the school. It is prohibited to distribute activation scripts or software copies of related software to any individual or organization outside the school.
