Users log in to the portal, click on the 'Office Hall' application, and find the 'Campus Fixed IP Application' service.

Follow the prompts in the form, enter the applicant’s mobile phone number and office number, fill in the device placement location accurately, and select the device type truthfully.

Fill in the MAC address of the device accurately (can ask the manufacturer to provide assistance). The reason for the application shall additionally indicate whether it is wired access or wireless access.
