The internal departments of the Network Information Center shall fill in the 'Informatization Project Payment Application Form' (for internal), please check the Annex 1 for detailed information

Other departments in the school shall fill in the 'Informatization Project Payment Application Form' (for external), please check the Annex 2 for detailed information

Prepare materials according to the attached material description of the 'Informatization Project Payment Application Form' (please check the Annex 3 for detailed information)

Submit the materials to the Comprehensive Management Department (Office 301, Network Library)

Reviewed by leaders

The Comprehensive Management Department goes to the Finance Department for reimbursement and informs the reimbursement result
