With the development of the school, some buildings are newly built or need to be repaired every year (including the repair of some offices), which requires the construction of the network system integration. In order to avoid the situation than cannot truly meet users’ network requirements after the completion of the network system integration, it is necessary to strengthen the communication between the infrastructure responsible unit, the end user side and the Network Information Center at the infrastructure basic construction stage. The specific process is as the following:

 Initiation: design the first draft of the scheme, initiate the project, carry out the multi-party communication----the infrastructure party/user party shall officially notify the Network Information Center

 Discussion and modification of the scheme: based on the first draft of the scheme, the Network Information Center shall put forward suggestions, communicate with the infrastructure responsible unit and users in order to obtain the final construction plan

 Network cabling construction process: During the network cabling construction process, the Network Information Center shall arrive at the construction site trying to find out the problems existing in the construction in advance, ask questions, and communicate and deal with the infrastructure responsible unit

 According to the construction design plan, the Network Information Center shall design a network system integration plan

 The Network Information Center carried out project bidding and procurement process related works

 The network cabling construction is basically completed: the Network Information Center goes to the construction site to check the network construction situation in advance in accordance with the acceptance requirements, and puts forward preliminary inspection opinions and suggestions

 The network cabling is completed: Based on the on-site acceptance and the relevant acceptance materials received, it shall propose the acceptance opinions. And if the acceptance fails, the acceptance will be continued after the rectification until the acceptance is passed.

 Notes: The above-mentioned process is carried out when budget funds are in place. If the network system integration funds are not in place in time, the procurement of network system integration will be relatively postponed accordingly.
