I. Instructions

 Under normal circumstances, the frequency of sending emails from the Hohai University campus mailbox (@hhu.edu.cn) is restricted. For example, no more than 100 e-mails can be sent within every 15 minutes, which is one of the regular measures used by the mail system to prevent a large number of outgoing spam from causing the mail server to be blacklisted.

 For office mailboxes, if it needs to send more e-mails for work needs, users can apply for the permission of 'sending more e-mails' for your e-mail account. After the permission is released, the responsible person of the mailbox account is obliged to strengthen the password security of the mailbox account, which includes strengthening the strength of the mailbox password and not spreading the password of the mailbox, while strengthening the monitoring of the use of the mailbox account.

 Personal mailboxes other than office mailboxes cannot enjoy this permission.

II. Permission Application Procedures:

 Visiting http://hhic.hhu.edu.cn, click the 'Mail Service' under the 'Express Service Channel' on the right side of the page, download and fill in the 'Application Form for Sending More E-mails'

 Log in the campus information portal of Hohai University http://my.hhu.edu.cn, and send an application to the Network Information Center through 'Collaborative Office', and upload the attachment 'Application Form for Sending More E-mails'

 The responsible person of the unit is responsible for reviewing
