1. Fire Safety Inspection Plan for the Computer Room of the Data Center

1) The property inspection personnel shall inspect once a day and fill in the inspection records. The staff on duty of the Network Information Center shall inspection on a weekly basis and fill in the inspection records. And the inspection problems and records shall be reported to the Network Information Center.

2) Inspection personnel should be familiar with the environment and the location of the safe passages of the Computer Room in the Data Center. They should be equipped with knowledge of fire prevention, common sense of fire fighting, and be familiar with the use of fire-fighting facilities in the computer room, and have the ability to detect fire hazards in time.

3) Inspection personnel shall inspection the safety of corridors, cylinder rooms, UPS battery rooms, equipment areas and control rooms of the Data Center in accordance with relevant regulations.

4) Inspection personnel shall inspect the temperature and humidity of the computer room, air conditioning, fresh air, lighting operation status, fire hazard, water in the room and under the floor, ventilation, hidden rat hazard in the room, and the safety and effectiveness of indoor door lock and disposal of waste products in accordance with relevant regulations.

5) Regularly organize a tabletop drill and training on fire safety of the Computer Room in the Data Center, in which all inspection personnel on duty and related personnel shall participate.

2. Fire Safety Emergency Handling Plan for the Computer Room in the Data Center

1) When a fire incidents occurs in the computer room, the alarm system will send out an alarm signal, and the personnel on duty should immediately notify the personnel in the computer room to evacuate from the Computer Room through the emergency channel.

2) Notify the teacher and the Security Department that are in charge of the Network Information Center immediately , and handle the fire situation in accordance with the 'Fire Fighting Handling Procedures of the Computer Room in Data Center' (Annex 1).

3) After the fire situation is handled, turn on the ventilation equipment promptly to remove the residual exhaust gas in the Computer Room, restore the normal working order of the Computer Room in the Data Center as soon as possible, and record the incident handling process in detail and form a report.
