I. All personnel accessing to the computer room of the Data Center (including third-party manufacturers, visitors, etc.) must obtained the application of relevant departments and be authorized by the Network Information Center, otherwise no one is allowed to enter.

II. Personnel accessing to the computer room shall fill in the 'IDC Computer Room Access Registration Form', and will be allowed to enter after the on-duty management personnel verify the information.

III. Please close the door behind you to ensure the safety. It is strictly forbidden to buckle the door in the computer room for convenient access.

IV. It is strictly forbidden to move, dismantle, or modify equipment not related to your work in the computer room without authorization.

V. Application is needed from the Network Information Center for powering up the equipment in the computer room, and the equipment can be powered up after being approved by the Network Information Center.

VI. It is strictly forbidden to pull and connect the power line at will in the computer room, neither using mobile sockets for tandem connection, and overload electricity.

VII. Please keep the environment around the computer room clean, wear shoe covers when accessing to the computer room, it is strictly forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials, and the debris shall be removed in time to prevent fire incidents and keep the fire exits unblocked.

VIII. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the computer room. When necessary, the open fire is only allowed to use after approved by the Network Center and taking corresponding strict measures.

IX. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the computer room, liquids such as water cannot be brought into the computer room, and photographs are strictly prohibited in the computer room.

X. The entry and exit of the equipment must be authorized by the responsible unit of the equipment, which shall be handle strictly in accordance with the application process for the server hosting of the Data Center in Hohai University.
