I. All personnel accessing the network equipment room must be authorized by the Network Information Center, otherwise no one is allowed to enter.

 2. Personnel accessing the equipment room must fill in the 'Registration Form for Accessing the Network Equipment Room', who will be allowed to enter after the information is verified by the management personnel on duty of the Network Information Center or the management personnel of the Property.

 3. Please close the door behind you to ensure the safety. And it is strictly forbidden to buckle the equipment room door for convenient access.

 4. It is strictly forbidden to move, dismantle, or modify equipment not related to your work in the Network Equipment Room without authorization.

V. Please keep the environment around the computer room clean, wear shoe covers when accessing to the computer room, it is strictly forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials, and the debris shall be removed in time to prevent fire incidents and keep the fire exits unblocked.

VI. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the computer room. When necessary, the open fire is only allowed to use after approved by the Network Center and taking corresponding strict measures.

VII. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the computer room, liquids such as water cannot be brought into the Equipment Room.

 VIII. The entry and exit of any equipment in the Equipment Room must be approved by the Network Information Center.

 IX. The power-on and power-off handling of the Equipment Room must be approved by the Network Information Center and the Logistics and Property Department.

XI. The Network Information Center of Hohai University has the final right to interpret these regulations, and this regulation will be implemented for trial from the date of promulgation.
